Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel the Tour Agreement, the policy below will apply to the cancellation. After deducting the appropriate charges from the tour price paid, ZENflow Tours will refund the remaining amount within 7 days from the date of the cancellation. It depends on each credit card company when the refund will be reflected on the statement.

In our Cancellation Policy, the tour price is regarded as the Planning Charges stipulated in article 16 of Order-Taking Type Order-Taking Type Organized Tour Contract Part of Standard General Conditions of Travel Agency Business under Japanese law.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cancel at least 30 days before the tour day, you will get a 100% refund of the Tour Price after fees charged by a payment service provider are deducted.
  2. If you cancel in the first 29-15 days before the tour day, you will get a 50% refund of the Guiding Fee, and a 100% refund of travel & admission costs and activity fees.
  3. If you cancel in the first 14days to 5 PM of the previous day of the tour, you will get no refund of the Guiding Fee. Travel & admission costs and activity fees will be refunded only.
  4. If you cancel after 5 PM of the previous day of the tour or do not appear at a meeting point on the tour day, you will get no refund at all including travel & admission costs and activity fees.
  5. If we cancel the Tour Agreement, you will get a complete 100% refund without deducting fees charged by a payment service provider.

Important

“Tour Price” shall include consumption tax thereon if any.
When counting the days, we use Japan’s local time zone.

The cancellation must be done by you by informing ZENflow Tours below by email or phone for our confirmation. Informing the cancellation only to your Licensed Guide does not constitute an official cancellation.
